Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Carrier

All orders ship via USPS from California. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CVSTLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office and file a claim. Contact us at hello@cvstle.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at hello@cvstle.com. We will review and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
