By purchasing from CVSTLE (cvstle.com), you agree to these terms. CVSTLE is operated by an independent seller based in California. All profits after shipping costs are donated to LGBTQ+ and human rights charities.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including shipping.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All sizes are approximate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Donations

All profits after shipping costs are donated to rotating LGBTQ+ and human rights charities. Donation amounts are calculated as the sale price minus actual shipping costs. We are not a registered nonprofit and purchases are not tax-deductible.

Limitation of Liability

CVSTLE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
