Overview

By purchasing from CVSTLE (cvstle.com), you agree to these terms. CVSTLE is operated by an independent seller based in California. All profits after shipping costs are donated to LGBTQ+, the great outdoors and human rights charities.

CVSTLE is not a registered nonprofit. Purchases are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Donations are made by CVSTLE on your behalf after deducting shipping, payment processing fees, and operational costs. Actual donation amounts may vary per order.

Donations

All profits after shipping costs and operational expenses are donated to rotating LGBTQ+, the great outdoors and human rights charities. Donation amounts are calculated as the sale price minus actual shipping costs, payment processing fees, and a small operational cut.

Donations are made by CVSTLE on your behalf through Pledge.to, a verified charitable giving platform. Disbursements to charities may take 30-60 days depending on the charity's schedule.

CVSTLE is not a registered nonprofit organization. Purchases are not tax-deductible charitable donations and no tax documentation will be issued to customers. Customers do not make donations directly — CVSTLE donates profits on your behalf after each completed order.

Donation totals are publicly tracked at cvstle.com/donations and verified through Pledge.to.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that all sales are final and authorize the charge to your payment method. Chargebacks filed for "item not as described" or "unauthorized" on a valid order may be disputed with this agreement as evidence.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including shipping.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All sizes are approximate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Donations

Limitation of Liability

All product designs, images, and content on cvstle.com are the intellectual property of CVSTLE. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
